Friday afternoon I tried to access my del.icio.us-bundle “chords”, looking for some James Taylor chords I had bookmarked. To my amazement, none were there. Upon further inspection I found that as of Friday I only had 31 bookmarks on del.icio.us. First I thought that can’t be, but the web site showed the same answer. I asked on Twitter if anyone had the same problem which didn’t seem the case, so I wrote an email to the del.icio.us help team. Since I have not answer, I’ll try the next best thing and blog about it.
So, anybody at del.icio.us, where are my bookmarks, and when am I getting them back – I kind of hoped you would take care of them when I signed up for your service.
Oh, anybody wondering what I might have done? Nothing significant I can think of. No upgrade to Leopard, no deleting. The only change on my machine is I upgrade Flock from 0.9. to 1.0, but I didn’t even set up the del.icio.us account for that until after I discovered the missing bookmarks. So, I am just running a MacBook with FF 2.0.0.8 and some extension, the del.icio.us bookmarks add-on among them.
