I had to take an allergy test last week, 60 needles, 30 on each arm. In order to not confuse the punctures, the nurse wrote the numbers 1-60 on my arms.
Something left me puzzled: If it was me doing this kind of work each day of the week,
wouldn’t somebody have told me not to use a permanent marker?

They did it on your arms? Mine was done on my back, and they sent me away with two Benadryls and said I’d feel better later.
Yeah, right.
Now as I get older, and develop new allergies, I probably need to get the test again.
Yeah, right.

She was really quick though. If my blood pressure hadn’t gone down after the tenth injection I’d have been done after 15 minutes.
Apparently, there would have been another option with just 4 injections, but I learned about that just afterwards…

Of course. And, I’m sitting at home because I couldn’t breath at the office yesterday…
