1. When you ride your bike make sure the tire have enough air.
There is nothing as transformative in cycling than going from an almost flat to a fully-pumped tire.
2. When you go jogging, try to run forward.
Sounds strange. Look at all the people running up- and down and moving slowly – use some calf muscles and some in your foot to propel yourself forward. Leaning forward also helps. Amazing things will happen.
3. If you want to be on time leave early.
You can’t make up for lost time on the way. You’ll only stress yourself. And maybe even put other trafficants in danger.
