I liked Twitter best when it came through the IM-interface, namely when the updates ran into my GTalk/Adium. Not only was the “track” function quite useful, but the app never crashed. Unlike the apps I now use. Through my Quicksilver I actually get a pretty good read on which application I use how often. Twhirl freezes all the time and the window/frame behaves quite randomly. Twibble is nice, but every so often it just stops to work and no, I don’t mean when I reach the maximum tweets per hour. The least of all evils is Twitterific which works most of the time, but often barely. Any other options around that are much smarter?Technorati Tags: twitter, twhirl, twitterific, twibble, im, track
