Techcrunch reports that document sharing site Scribd.com announced it would ban pornographic material from their site a week from their blog post (this Wednesday). While I have completely other stuff on my mind I would like to point out that this is imho a clever move to get a traffic spike. Remember that most of the early adopters who would try such a service are male. Not yet signed up? Wow, there is actually porn on that site? For free? I better see what’s up!
