The Nespresso podcast now works in Guillaume’s iTunes but he still doesn’t like it. Again, since I don’t speak French I cannot rate the content.
However, the chapterization still strikes me. Shel and Neville have been doing For Immediate Release now for close to 1.5 years, 136 shows and Neville compiles the best show-notes you’ll find. But they don’t use chapterization. Rubel and Jaffe didn’t when they did ATS together. Why? Because it is a time issue. In the case of Nespresso, obviously an agency was hired to produce it and the checklist included chapters. Isn’t that ironic? Does this mean the producers went too far? This commercial podcast makes use of the medium in a way that “traditional” podcasters don’t. Is that bad?
