Coinciding with the start of Les Blogs, today marks the start of my open Job Search via this blog.
I work as a freelancer at the moment but of course it never hurts to collect new contacts which could turn into business. Moreover, this is as good a time as ever to think about what motivates me and interests me and maybe find a job fulfilling these motivations and interests better than the current one. In addition, I would like to prove that it is not the amount of readers of your blog which counts, but who reads it (well yes, I am also thinking about calling in a favour or two (-;).
I am calling this "Job Search 2.0", because I’ll use all the resources available to me in these times, meaning getting RSS feeds for job portals like Monster.com or Jobscout where availabe. Furthermore, I am making my online-self as available as possible: My openBC profile, my del.icio.us and my photos on flickr. If everything goes well, there’ll be some relevant on Technorati as well soon.
