Neville Hobson has been using SkypeIn for his business for a while now, offering his customers a number UK number as well as a US number. Finally SkypeIn is available in Germany. As soon as I heard the news I signed up since my 1&1-VoIP-number has given me lots of headaches. After a week back in business I can say SkypeIn works great so far. No bandwidth, quality or connectivity problems.
