Shel and Neville from For Immediate Release: The Hobson and Holtz Report talked about trust in one of the last podcasts. How blogs earn trust of their readers.
One of the blogs I follow is Jason Calacanis’. With a lot of interest I read his post about the new Star Wars episode which he got to see before it premiered. He wrote e.g.
In fact, this film is so good it makes up for how truly horrible the last two films have been.
I saw it in Paris last week and I more or less agree with Chris Pirillo.
“What a piece of shit. Let’s go.”
This does not mean I will stop reading Jason’s blog, but please, was there ever weaker dialog? “Lord Vader, can you hear me?” I am shivering with fear. The emperor’s acting and especially enunciation is terrible and several characters seem not tied in with the story.
The second thing you’ll realize immediately about this film is that is it much deeper then the previous two
gravitas-free, video game-ish episodes.
Really? But the movie looks so much like a video game that I can’t really see much more than black and white. Was there more?
Oh my, I’ll just have my memory wiped like C3PO.
